![]() ![]() along style playthough of many popular character builds in Diablo 2. Remember that you're a caster, so ignore all of the melee affixes like attack rating, weapon damage, stuff like that.įaster hit recovery is important so you don't get stun-locked to death, faster cast rate let's you cast tornados faster (which equals more DPS) and faster run/walk gives you an extra layer of safety if you need to run away (also running around faster just feels nice in general).Īlso getting a lot of +life on items is great as well because oak sage gives you the +% to your overall HP pool, so getting lots of life on items increases your HP by a lot thanks to oak sage. Wind druid is my go to starting character til I trade up for enigma and d-web and switch to poison nova necro. From what testing Ive done wind druid seems fine. I'm only in Nightmare but aiming the tornado feels incredibly obnoxious and even when they hit it feels underwhelming. ![]() Oak sage I'd recommend putting as many spare points into as you can, basically as soon as you're done leveling up your wind abilites and the elemental shield, put every remaining point into oak sage (btw oak sage's buff is an aura, so your bear, your mercenary and your party members benefit from it, as well).įor items, I can recommend using Stealth even for Nightmare still due to faster run/walk, faster cast rate and faster hit recovery, you can make yourself a 'Lore' helm for +1 to all skills, as long as you don't have a 4-socket shield get yourself a 3-socket one and make 'Ancient's Pledge' to get a good chunk of resistances and as soon as you get a 4-socket sword and 4-socket shield, you can make 'Spirit' runewords which give you +2 to skills and a good amount of faster cast rate and other stuff. Unimpressed with Wind Druid So as a kid I normally just spammed cold Sorcs of various flavors so this time I decided to branch out and try Druid. Gearing and skill customization is far more in depth and your characters offensive capabilities and defensive capabilities are not tied to. Dont come into Path of Exile thinking it is like Diablo. Youre probably getting downvoted because people probably have no idea what that build is. Last updated at 14:00:17 UTC Weekly Help Desk RAGE Loot Thread Trade Threadīear you really only need 1 point into because his life pool doesn't get any bigger from putting more points into 'em, so 1 point is all you need. There arent very many nature/druid themed things in PoE.
